This is an avant-garde architectural project that takes on the challenge of transforming the ground floor, upper floor, and basement into an exclusive and fully equipped living oasis in the heart of the city.

The apartment features an open living area, kitchen, and a fully equipped bedroom with a bathroom.

The rooms are arranged in staggered levels following the «house within a house» principle, creating ceiling heights of up to 5 meters.

In addition to architectural interventions, Joachim Thaler extends this transformation concept through art and design. Collaborations with artists such as Gio Bressana, Patrick Rampello, Jochen Höller, and Markus Gasser infuse the property with classical elegance, making the refinement of the old walls tangible. The fusion of architecture and art at the highest level demonstrates how to breathe new life into old structures.
