Virtual Reality
Avantgarde Properties has partnered with technology companies to be the first Vienna real estate agency that offers property viewings using virtual reality glasses. Here is how it works: First, the properties are scanned with the latest available 3D camera technology and then virtually reconstructed. The prospective buyer puts on a headset and immerses into the virtual premises.
The headset is fitted with a sensor monitoring head movements in order to adapt the line of vision and allow the user to look around freely in every direction. A joypad is used to control movement and walk through the rooms.
